I don't feel up to the task…
I can't see myself in the role…
I don't have all the required skills… too many people must have applied…
the job posting has been up for (too) long.
the salary is too low…
the job involves too many responsibilities for me…
Are these obstacles just causing us to miss out on an opportunity?
We shouldn't censor ourselves based on certain criteria… once the connection is made, nothing is impossible 🙂
